Position: Senior Oracle Applications Developer Location: Mostly Remote with occasional office days in Carlisle Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Applications Developer to join our team in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Oracle 19c, Oracle Forms, SQL/PLSQL Scripting, and PowerShell on Unix Operating Systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience working within agile development teams.

Required Skills:

• Oracle 19c
• Oracle Forms
• SQL/PLSQL
• Scripting/PowerShell

As a Senior Applications Developer, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle 19c to maximize its potential. You will create user interfaces that interact seamlessly with databases using Oracle Form Builder. Your advanced proficiency with SQL will be crucial, as will your ability to automate tasks using Scripting/PowerShell. A strong knowledge of Unix Operating Systems will also be highly valuable.
