Job DescriptionSenior Occupational Therapist (Band 6)Up to £52,000 dependent on experience35 hours per weekPlease note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our client's ABI rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in acquired brain injury rehabilitation and be dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration
• Minimum of Band 6 occupational therapy experience in the UK
• Proven expertise in physiotherapy and acquired brain injury rehabilitation or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and limitations
• Develop treatment plans and interventions to help improve patients' independence and quality of life
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients
• Supervise and mentor junior occupational therapy staff
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field of occupational therapy
