Location: Covering Colchester to Lowestoft
Position Type: Temporary (3 months)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to multi-traders on complex projects.
• Foster a positive team environment and support team members in their development.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a multi-trader, with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of project management and risk assessment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a people person.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated area.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
