Senior Mechanical Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our internal MEP self delivery design and build business.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Contract: Full time, Permanent.

What will you be responsible for?

As Senior Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the effective delivery of Mechanical Engineering within the project.

Your day to day will include:

• • Ensure all work is planned, procured, and executed safely, meeting Kier standards and UK regulations.

  • Review and optimise designs for safe, efficient construction. Implement quality control procedures to meet standards and contract requirements.

  • Handle change control, manage risks and opportunities, and provide accurate updates on project progress and finances.

  • Lead and support your team, set clear expectations, and work together to achieve project goals.

  • Foster an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace for your team.

What are we looking for?

To be a good match for this role you'll have:

• Prior experience as an Engineer with strong technical knowledge of Mechanical services and safety.
• CSCS and SMSTS accreditation
• A willingness to learn and progress, always seeking out development opportunities.
