Senior Marketing Manager, 6 months, London/Hybrid, £286/day (Inside IR35)
We're seeking a seasoned B2B Professional Services Marketing leader to join our client's marketing team. In this high-impact role, you'll shape and execute strategic marketing programs that accelerate growth for our Digital Business Transformation consulting services, in collaboration with key partners including Adobe, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
This role blends "marketing with" and "marketing to" approaches, developing joint campaigns and partner-aligned messaging that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Ideal candidates will bring a strong track record of delivering business results through innovative, insight-led marketing strategies, and thrive in a fast-paced, partner-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Own key external Partner relationships, co-developing joint go-to-market strategies, aligned offerings, and differentiated positioning in the market.
Influence stakeholders to secure Partner funding, building strong business cases for co-marketing investment.
Manage a complex Matrix of internal and Partner-side stakeholders, ensuring alignment, momentum, and consistent execution across initiatives.
2. Strategic Campaign Leadership
Architect and drive integrated, Partner-enabled B2B marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on pipeline acceleration and revenue impact.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, high-value marketing collateral-including event assets, case studies, and region- or industry-specific content-aligned with business goals and Partner offerings.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders in marketing and Partner sales to design and implement high-performing lead generation frameworks.
Optimize lead nurture programs using advanced marketing automation, driving deeper engagement and accelerating prospect progression through the funnel.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
Serve as a key advisor on market trends and competitive dynamics, particularly across Europe and MENA regions, translating insights into actionable strategies that elevate campaign performance and Partner engagement.
Apply a data-first approach to assess market opportunity and continuously refine go-to-market tactics, working closely with Country- and Industry- focussed marketing colleagues.
4. Partner Event Strategy & Activation
Lead the strategic planning of high-impact Partner events, conferences, and webinars.
Oversee end-to-end execution in partnership with event operations teams, including experience design, promotional strategy, messaging, and digital engagement across pre-, during-, and post-event stages.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing. Preference for demonstrated success in working with global technology partners (eg, Adobe, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and Salesforce), with a clear ability to align on joint value propositions and co-marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - can skillfully coordinate and problem solve across cross-functional teams and fosters highly productive local and global relationships.
Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue, ideally in a partner-enabled environment. Strong understanding of CRM/Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - ability to adjust strategies based on performance results.
Preference for experience managing junior team members, vendors, and media agencies.
