Senior Mandate Monitoring Analyst

Our client, a leading global investment management organisation based in the City of London, is looking for a Senior Mandate Monitoring Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting, inputting, and monitoring investment mandate rules and guidelines within BlackRock Aladdin. They will act as a subject matter expert to key business stakeholders on investment restrictions, regulations and guidelines outlined in IMAs and fund documentation.
They will also drive efficiency through mandate reviews, team training, and the adoption of modern technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate & Flows and SQL.
Key skills:
- Proven mandate monitoring experience within the investment management industry
- Experience with order and portfolio management systems such as Aladdin, thinkFolio, Charles River, Bloomberg AIM, etc.
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework across multiple jurisdictions, including but not limited to UCITS, AIFMD, and Money Market Funds
- Experience engaging with custodians, trustees, software & data vendors, technologists, and third parties to explain complex processes, procedures, and products
