Senior Manager/Director - Financial Services - Jersey or Guernsey

Manager/Senior Manager/Operations Director/Head of/People Manager/People Development/Leadership/Operations Manager/Financial Services/Based in the Channel Islands (Jersey or Guernsey)/Permanent role, £80,000 - 120,000 + benefits & bonus.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Manager/Director.

Location - Channel Islands - Guernsey or Jersey

Permanent role

Salary £80,000 - 120,000 + 20% bonus and excellent benefits

(Income tax within the Islands is fixed at 20%)

A full housing licence will be provided and assistance with relocation for candidates based outside of the Channel Islands who are looking to relocate to Jersey or Guernsey.

Experience:

• Manager or Director level - experience in Head of/Senior Manager level positions (role will have approx. 4 direct reports and 60 indirect)
• Focus on building teams, people management, development and mentoring
• Stakeholder management skills - will be working at a senior/C level
• Exposure to the Financial Services or Insurance sector would be advantageous
