The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager Digital (Law) position brings a wealth of experience in the legal field with a specific focus on digital law. With at least six years post qualification experience under the belt, every message can be delivered with flair, charisma and enthusiasm for IT, Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. You will bring a commercial mindset with strong business acumen and vision. The ability to act at the intersection of law and technology will make the manager an asset to our team. The Manager to be possesses strong interpersonal skills that enables to build effective networks and teams. Being a strategic thinker allows to provide valuable advice that drives and delivers business growth.

Jouw uitdagingen

• Benchmarking of legal department regarding cost and performance KPI with dedicated peer groups
• Assessment of Legal Operations Maturity
• Design Thinking workshop for determination of short/mid/long term optimization topics within legal
• Evaluation of output and assessment of relevance, complexity, potential risk and standardization potential
• Design of a future internal and external service portfolio
• Definition of IT strategy and selection of possible IT solutions
• Process design for external law firm management
• Identify initiatives for the implementation of the new organizational design and target architecture
• Implement and monitor initiatives, followed by a hand over to the business

• Minimum 6 years post qualification experience
• Flair for communication and ability to convey messages effectively
• Proven experience in Change Management
• Strong skills in Project Management
• Ability to build a network and grow a team
• Experience in Consultancy and Advisory roles

• Ability to act at the intersection of law and technology
• Affinity and experience with Legal Tech and Legal Operations
