As a strategic leader in Supply Chain, are you ready to take on a new global challenge within the HARTMANN GROUP? We are seeking a new "Senior Manager Customer Order Management (f/m/d)" to provide strategic direction and global monitoring and optimization of the Order-to-Cash process. In this role, you will ensure the development of a resilient and future-proof supply chain structure that meets the current and future demands of the expanding healthcare business.

Your Tasks:

  • Global Leadership: Lead people in cross-functional, cross business, complex and time-critical projects on global scale in planning resources of local process owners to work on process portfolio.
  • Optimize Order to Cash process: Coordinate the standardization of processes, define technological improvements, and create digital solutions.
  • Create Business Blueprint: Requirements engineering for innovative IT solutions in the area of SC execution.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Develop or incorporate state-of-the art order practices and bring outside-in knowledge.
  • Have an overview about main improvement lever and define priorities for further process development.
  • Strategic Direction: Define strategic direction together with external consultants.
  • Target Definition: Proactively define project and performance targets and manage their achievement.

Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: A relevant academic degree in business administration with focus on Supply Chain or Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Extensive Experience in Program Management : Proven experience in managing different projects and multiple teams with strategic responsibility within an End-to-End SC environment in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams, with a strong track record in coordinating various project teams.
  • Analytical Ability: High analytical thinking and modeling skills.
  • Strong Communication and Change Management Skills: High assertiveness and ability to convince others.
  • Fluent in English: Proficient in English, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Mobility and Flexibility: Willingness to travel ( 25 %) and adapt to hybrid working models.
