Senior Management Accountant

Our client a leading food wholesaler and distribution business based in Northamptonshire, have a requirement for a Senior Management Accountant to join their business. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a forward-thinking food business with an outstanding reputation.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following

• Debtor Analysis.
• Authorise payments.
• Weekly Result production, including top customers, product information and summary.
• Produce weekly estimated results / Commodity report.
• Inter depot payments (reconcile P/L to S/L)
• Run various query reports.
• Analysis on weekly accounts
• Review P/L entries and Currency Revaluations
• Updated standing journals - Review and amend where necessary.
• Reconciliations - Cost Suspense a/cs
• Check Debtors/Creditors Est purchases.
• Control Account Reconciliations
• Reconcile inter-companies and settle balances internally.
• Produce and distribute monthly estimated results.
• Liaise with auditors.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience).
