Senior Java Developer - Spring/REST/JSON
Duration: 6 months + extension
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Hybrid: 1 day a week in Brussels site
Language: French or Dutch & English
Rate: 550 - 580 euros p/day

This is a *Brussels* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology brand working on their largest digital and technological transformation program

Job Overview:

The objective of this project is to provide address services on a federallevel to an government organisations and others. The services will bundle information of the 3 regional data sources, eliminating the need for individual government organisations to build up their own address information.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Java development and use of relational databases (3 to 5 years)
• Team player
• REST services
• Java development
• Spring Data/Hibernate ORM
• Unit testing (eg JUnit)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Basic GIT
• French or Dutch with English

Additional beneficial knowledge:

• Experience with:
• Website performance testing (eg JMeter)
• PostgreSQL performance tuning
• Swagger/OpenAPI
• Openshift
