Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Officer
Salary: £32,471 (National Framework) or £38,143 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home.
Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week.
Contract Type: 23-month fixed term/secondment opportunity.
Location: Home-based or office based, hybrid, flexible location

We are now looking for a Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Officer to join us on a full-time, 23-month fixed-term basis, working 37 hours per week.

What you'll be doing
As a Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering our internal communication strategies to help teams across our organisation understand our goals and mission.
Helping to plan and deliver internal engagement and communications strategies, you will work with colleagues across the organisation to create accessible and impactful content for a variety of channels. You will aim to ensure employee voices are represented and engagement initiatives are effectively delivered.
You'll also contribute to cross-directorate projects and lead on internal communication initiatives, ensuring messaging is consistent, accessible, and impactful.
Additionally, you will:
- Maintain and develop internal communication channels
- Create and publish engaging content tailored to internal audiences
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to deliver cohesive communication plans
- Evaluate the success of campaigns and channels
- Provide editorial advice to maintain high-quality communication standards
