About you
Dynamic and motivational, you will be supporting the Director of Human Resources in driving HR strategy, reviewing, and setting policies across the Trust and ensuring that outcomes are consistent and compliant. You will play a key part in developing and implementing retention and reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the Trust. You will need to be CIPD level 5 qualified or have a significant level of experience at a managerial level or HR Business Partner level, with a high level of skills, knowledge, and experience to lead strategic HR projects with significant impact and outcome.
About the Role
The Senior HR Business Partner for Recruitment, Retention and Reward plays a key part in the Trusts HR operating model, providing partnering support across the Trust. Through strong trusted relationships, Senior HR Partners work in partnership with Chief Officers, Directors, Academy Leaders, Senior Leadership Teams, and HR colleagues to deliver excellent people management practices, provide professional support and expert advice to help achieve organisational goals inclusive of transformational work.
The role forms part of the HR Business Partnering model and will require resilience and self-sufficiency, with strong team relationships within the HR Team, to enable the sharing of best practice, mutual support and collaboration on all people, HR and corporate initiatives as required. The roles includes responsibility for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire exceptional candidates, as well as be instrumental in developing and implementing retention and reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the Trust. As well as the specialism of recruitment, retention and reward, this role will include a general ER casework load supporting with the more complex HR issues.
