We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis, specializing in developing creative concepts and designs for diverse marketing campaigns. These include emails, websites, digital ads, print collateral, branded merchandise, presentations, brochures, videos, and visual displays.
This is a 6+mth PAYE contract starting in Feb 2025. 2/3 days a week onsite work.
* Execute the marketing strategy by designing and producing scalable content for digital assets, websites, email, reports, videos, data sheets, business presentations and events.
* Oversee external agencies and freelancers to ensure projects meet time, budget, and brand standards.
* Develop and adapt visual styles for global campaign strategies, including creating regional marketing assets and usage guidelines.
* Conceptualize and design infographics to convey complex ideas effectively.
* Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and engagement.
* Design and prepare materials to support spokespeople, such as presentations.
* Experiment with creative approaches to maximize audience engagement across online and offline channels. Work closely with internal teams, including legal, product marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure messaging stays current and aligned with business goals.

Essential Skills

* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with animation, video production, and app design is a plus.
* Strong digital design expertise paired with a robust graphic design and typography portfolio.
* Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
* Creative thinker with a proactive, positive attitude and self-motivation.
* Proven experience designing impactful content for varied audiences, globally.
* Ability to present and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
* Leadership and management experience within creative teams.
* Extensive experience, preferably in the digital sector
* Supply an up-to-date online portfolio
