We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join our Innovation and Digital Office. You will lead the development and delivery of digital products that drive our business forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital solutions meet the needs of our clients and align with our strategic goals.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Conduct market research and analyse user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products
• Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

You'll be someone with:

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, preferably in a senior role
• Strong understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
• A passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies
