Join our team as our Senior Delivery Manager and lead digital projects within one of the UK's largest health charities.
About the role
As our Senior Delivery Manager, you'll lead and embed new processes and procedures across four scrum teams within Digital Services, delivering multiple complex projects. You'll manage resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, and to a high standard. You'll oversee multi-disciplinary teams and help shape, imbed and optimise project delivery processes to increase our speed to market. You'll lead the teams to deliver improvements to our CMS customer journeys effectively and efficiently.
Working closely with our Head of Product and Head of Data Engineering and Scrum Masters, you'll assign and prioritise resource across the team, optimising our delivery workflows, providing delivery management data and managing multiple deadlines and deliver on key cross-scrum initiatives.
You'll bring experience of delivery management using Agile at scale, acting as a Jira expert with demonstrable experience of managing complex software release schedules across multiple teams.
Working arrangements
Please note, this is an 18-month fixed term contract.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you'll have:
Significant experience of managing multiple scrum teams
Significant experience of embedding new processes, such as release management, project resourcing and reporting workflows
Bring significant and hands on experience of Jira, able to optimise workflows using multiple tools
Excellent understanding of enterprise CMS
Demonstrable experience of overseeing and delivering complex projects, as well as an understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and Lean techniques.
Able to translate user requirements into technical solutions, balancing multiple priorities, managing ambiguity and delivering results to deadline and budget.
Effective communication and influencing skills, able to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders and external partners.
With a strong visionary mindset, you'll be a change advocate who sees the bigger picture and can identify and track dependencies across diverse projects.
