Senior Data Analyst

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Senior Data Analyst, a permanent role working for an organisation based in Renfrewshire.

Candidates applying must have their own transport and be able to attend the office minimum 3 days a week.

As part of our client's transformation programme, this is a newly created role that will sit within technology. Formed to have a crucial part in designing and building our clients future Data strategy and Azure infrastructure. You will have the freedom to design, develop and optimise data pipelines and systems, as well as analysing and interpreting large datasets to drive actionable insights and inform decision making. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather their reporting and system requirements.

Skills required:

• Proficiency in SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Experience with ETL tools.
• Understanding of cloud services (eg, Azure, AWS).
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate back to a non-technical audience.
• The role involves line management of one other, candidates must be able to work autonomously.

Basic Salary available of £45,000 - £55,000 with an excellent benefits package available, including some of the following 31 days annual leave (27 days annual leave + 4 fixed public holidays), holiday purchase scheme, additional annual leave for long service, annual salary life assurance and a good pension scheme.
