LSE is restructuring its Extended Education provision, creating two distinct units: Lifelong Learning and Extended Education. We need an experienced operational change manager to manage this transition, ensuring operational systems, processes, and structures are effectively redesigned.
You will be responsible for mapping our current systems, understanding where they intersect across different programme areas, before identifying how they can be separated, allowing the two new units to operate independently of each other. You'll report to the new Head of Operations, and have the support of the Operations Team and other colleagues across both Extended Education and Lifelong Learning as you work through our use of SITS, Salesforce, OneFinance, Sharepoint and other systems.
Candidates should have experience with at least one of our main systems (SITS, Salesforce and OneFinance) as well as a strong track record in process redesign and change management. You'll be excellent at stakeholder engagement and problem solving and flourish in an environment where you are empowered to be the expert we need.
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
For further information about the post, please see the how to apply document, job description and the person specification.
If you have any technical queries with applying on the online system, please use the "contact us" links at the bottom of the LSE Jobs page. Should you have any queries about the role, please email Philippa Swindell (Associate Director)
The closing date for receipt of applications is 09 March 2025 (23.59 UK time). Regrettably, we are unable to accept any late applications.
