Contract opportunity, initial 6mths, upto £650pd outside IR35, some international travel required
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong claims expertise within a commercial insurance environment
- Mixture of Business & IT change project experience
THE ROLE:You will work closely with key business stakeholders to analyse business processes and workflows. You will deliver high quality business requirements from key stakeholders on a full end to end basis including documentation in appropriate tools, analyse and understand business processes to enable production of "as-is" and "to be" process documentation, & conduct gap analysis and Identify inconsistencies across the mapped business processes and highlight opportunities for improvement. THE CANDIDATE:The candidate will be have strong business & IT change analysis experience gained working within the commercial insurance sector. You will have extensive claims process experience, have some claims system exposure, be comfortable facilitating/running workshops for business stakeholders, have a background running SQL database queries, exposure working in Agile environments ideal.
