Job Title: Senior CTOC Building Manager - Counter Terrorism Policing HQ

Salary: The starting salary is £57,301, which includes allowances totalling £2,841.

Location: West Brompton

Could you manage our newly formed Counter Terrorism Operations Centre (CTOC) so it's efficient and safe? If so, you'll be a key part of our Counter Terrorism Policing HQ Local Support Services (LSS) - a team with a crucial remit.

Join us, and you'll be an integral part of the Building Management Team, coordinating on-site hard and soft facilities management, and leading a locally based support team to deal with any property-related issues. It's a unique role, as you'll be expected to provide an exemplary service to senior officers, staff, and partners in this significant, operationally critical, and highly sensitive building.

With the support of a Building Manager and Service Delivery Manager, you'll develop and maintain strong relationships with operational police officers, staff, and partners, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety (H&S) regulations. Together, you'll directly support occupying units within CTOC, and build positive relationships.

Day to day, you'll co-ordinate building management services, but also have the opportunity to lead estate transformation activity. It's a chance to manage members of the CTOC Building Management Team and act as the site manager for all people moves.

Ready to lead the operations of this large-scale property and make sure tenants are safe and satisfied? If so, you'll need a relevant professional qualification in Property Management or Health & Safety (or equivalent experience). We'll also be looking for a track record in building management and facilities management, ideally gained in secure, public-sector environments. And to add to this, you'll need working knowledge of the estate's delivery lifecycle plus the ability to deliver through teams.

Alongside your technical talents, you'll need clear communication skills. Influential, collaborative, and discreet, you'll be a flexible, mobile professional who can manage members of the CTOC Building Management team and tune into political sensitivities.

In return for your efforts, you can expect a rewarding role, a competitive salary, a Civil Service pension, and excellent career development.
