Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Bids and Tenders Manager to join the dynamic team and lead the development and implementation of a best practice tenders/proposals framework. This is your chance to make a significant impact and drive the success of the team in winning future opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Senior Bids and Tenders Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing the bid function and establishing a strong bid management process.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating the bid pipeline
  • Qualifying opportunities with our leadership team
  • Developing bid win strategy with our Operations and Commercial teams
  • Leading debriefs and implementing lessons learned
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to our bid process

To be considered for this this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience developing a bid function
  • Experience managing bids for small, medium, and large-scale opportunities within the healthcare sector
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of developing winning strategies
  • Excellent project management techniques and the drive to deliver results
  • Knowledge of pitch presentation skills and best practices
  • Qualifications such as APMP, Prince2, or MSP
