Senior Architect Role Salary Up To 46K

We are excited to partner with a renowned architectural practice based in Dundee to recruit a Senior Architect with a strong design focus and proven experience within the commercial sector.With a firmly established organisation and robust structure encompassing twenty plus architects across two offices; the practice has been a cornerstone of Scotland's architectural scene since its founding over eighty years ago. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect looking to take on a leadership role, working on a variety of high-profile commercial projects while driving innovative design solutions and ensuring project success from start to finish.
What you'll need to succeed:
You'll be an ARB / RIBA registered Architect, with 10+ years Post-Qualification experience within practice.
Exhibiting good understanding of Revit and AutoCAD, you'll demonstrate a high capacity for design - often being expected to lead the development for a diverse range of commercial projects.
You'll have a grasp of the latest Building Regulations / European Standards, and in general be comfortable with a Lead position on multiple projects within a busy consultancy environment, often being involved on site.
