Are you a seasoned Senior Application Support Analyst with over 5 years of hands-on experience with MMI and ION systems? Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with ION MMI and Marketview platforms
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income and Front Office trading applications
• Prior experience providing end-user and systems support in a financial services environment
• Proven ability to work on the trade floor, liaising with Front Office staff and stakeholders

Role Overview:
As a Senior Application Support Analyst within the Fixed Income team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of business-critical systems. Working on the trading floor, you will collaborate closely with traders, developers, and business analysts to support key platforms, troubleshoot issues, and help drive ongoing enhancements. You will also contribute to a range of exciting projects, including automation, process re-engineering, and the adoption of new technologies.
