Our client, a leading UK-wide property consultancy, is seeking a Senior Agribusiness Consultant to join their team in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to advise and manage a range of agricultural portfolios. This role can be based from Market Harborough, Newark or Ashby.

Position Overview

The Senior Agribusiness Consultant will play a key role in managing arable and livestock contract and share farm agreements, overseeing in-hand farming businesses, and delivering regenerative farming advice to clients across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Advise, set up and manage farming agreements

• Manage in-hand farming businesses and client portfolios

• Mentor and manage a small agribusiness team

• Prepare farm budgets, tenders and business analysis

• Deliver regenerative farming advice to clients

• Develop services and grow the client base

Requirements

• Excellent financial acumen and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and client focus

• Previous agribusiness consulting or farm management experience
