Are you ready to drive the growth of our innovative SaaS solutions in the Italian market, specifically targeting major household names in the Automotive, Defense, and Aerospace sectors? We are seeking a strategic Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales to establish and expand our presence in Italy.
Activities
- Lead the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing enterprise software deals with C-level executives.
- Develop creative and proactive strategies to prospect and engage potential customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level decision-makers to unlock high-value opportunities.
- Create innovative approaches to achieve-and exceed-sales targets for our SaaS products.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales and Value Management to craft compelling solutions and drive sustainable growth.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting in Salesforce to manage and optimize your sales pipeline.
Requirements
- You thrive on identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and achieving sales targets.
- 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Machinery, or related industries covering the Italian market.
- Skilled in account planning, opportunity identification, and applying frameworks such as SPIN or MEDDIC.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently connect with and sell to C-level executives.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and co-creating tailored, high-value solutions for clients.
- Adept at presenting to diverse stakeholders and closing enterprise deals.
- Structured and organized with the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple sales opportunities.
- Native/Fluent in the Italian language.
