Senior Account Directors needed The Client: Cause & Campaigning focused Communications Consultancy This sought after team of communications professionals and campaigners are passionate about driving social change and raising awareness for global issues from human rights, equality and democracy, to climate change and ensuring access to education. They work across UK, EU and global markets and create campaigns which drive mass awareness but also influence key decision makers in global politics and business. The team are valued as much as their client campaigns with hybrid working, healthcare, and well-being benefits, as well as strong packages with potential bonuses and new business commissions to recognise commercial performance. The Role: Senior Account Director Integrated Campaigns NGO & Purpose Driven Clients This Senior Account Director role to lead integrated multi-stakeholder campaigns and drive awareness for a range of global issues. Projects could from public health, education and skills to climate change, human rights and democracy in UK, EU and global markets. Partnering the SLT, this role will: Advise clients from a range or public, private, charity, NGO and government clients. Lead integrated campaigns which raise awareness and drive behaviour change by blending media strategies, content, digital media and political outreach. Support new business activities by leading pitch teams to create and deliver innovative responses to different client challenges. Manage the effective running of accounts including internal teams and 3 rd party suppliers to ensure clients receive the highest quality work within budgets. Manage account teams of c.2-3 Salary & Benefits
