Your new role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join the school on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work from Wednesday to Friday, delivering high-quality education and support to our students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
• Implement and adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience working with children with special educational needs.

Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
