Seed Sales Representative

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Sales Representative you will be brought in to grow sales and support product development within your designated region of operations in line with set objectives and budgets to help secure a profitable vegetable seeds business. You will be working to meet targets and budgets agreed with the Commercial Manager, but be largely self-supervisory.

• A key element to this role is to achieve individual sales targets as agreed for each financial year and strive to continuously improve selling skills and service excellence.
• You will be operating a planned programme of activity in both face-to-face contact with prospects, influencers and customers, alongside product and company promotion.
• You will need to develop knowledge of the product range across all the brans.

What Do I Need?

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Wide knowledge of the vegetable / seed markets gained from either education or practical work experience.
• You will be commercially driven with an ability to sell direct to growers.
• You will also have a high level of verbal and online communication and presentation skills.
