Conexus are recruiting for an experienced Security Project Manager to join our client as part of their Global IT department. This role will focus on advancing security and compliance technologies through new projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple information security and compliance projects, managing dependencies to ensure successful, on-time, and budget-conscious delivery.
• Collaborate with the IT PMO, project sponsors, and business owners to produce high-quality reporting for Security and Compliance (S&C) initiatives.
• Coordinate efforts across internal and external teams, including other project managers.
• Develop baseline project schedules, monitor milestones, and track the completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Drive change management and effective communication strategies throughout each project phase.
• Monitor and report on project scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies, and take proactive corrective action as needed.
• Oversee project budgets, resources, risks, and other project variables, while suggesting and implementing risk mitigation actions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skilled in managing complex security and compliance projects, ideally with experience in technologies like GRC, IAM, DLP, SGW, and SOC tools.
• Exceptional English language skills (written and verbal); German skills are an asset.
• Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP CSV requirements is highly preferred.
• PMI, PRINCE2, or similar certifications.
• Exposure to ICS/OT (Operational Technology) environments is beneficial.
