We are looking for a Security Governance Analyst to join our team.
Where in Wellcome will I be working?
You will be part of the Information Security team within the Digital & Technology area, reporting to the Associate Director for Information Security.
The Information Security team is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Wellcome's computer systems and information. The team implements a broad range of people, process, and technology controls and continuously refines these controls to ensure that Wellcome is able to securely progress its strategy effectively.
What will I be doing?
The Security Governance Analyst role is critical to ensuring the effective operation and ongoing improvement of Wellcome's Information Security controls.
As a Security Governance Analyst, you will:
Design and run staff awareness raising campaigns with security governance
Manage reviews of security controls and their efficacy
Review the security of third-party organisations
Help to update security policies and procedures
Guide the design and implementation of new security controls
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments.
