Security Cleared (SC) Product Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Security Cleared (SC) Product Designer to help design seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex design challenges and crafting visually compelling, functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to understand user needs and business objectives.

• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate and improve usability.

• Develop accessible and visually engaging product experiences that align with brand guidelines.

• Maintain and expand a component design library to ensure uniformity across products.

• Collaborate closely with developers to facilitate smooth design handoff and implementation.

• Gather insights from user feedback and data to refine and optimize designs.

• Support the evolution of design systems and best practices to ensure scalability and consistency.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing strong problem-solving and design thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or similar design tools.

• Hands-on experience in developing and managing component-based design systems.

• Ability to navigate user needs, technical limitations, and business goals effectively.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Due to the nature of the role and project, the successful candidate will have a valid UK SC Clearance prior to a start.

Location: UK remote with occasional meeting in the North East.
