Whilst primary experience is an advantage, you will embrace the opportunity to work with schools across the 3-19 age range. You will play a key role in shaping our organisation and growing service offer. You will also ensure council commissioned service priorities are delivered responsively and effectively and will help lead the development of peer-to-peer support and collaborative working between schools.

  • have an in-depth knowledge of current frameworks, guidance and best practices regarding school improvement
  • possess strong leadership skills that will inspire, motivate and develop those they work with
  • are keen to deliver training and able to source and quality assure training from associates

What can BDSIP offer you?

  • An opportunity to shape your role within a forward thinking team
  • A committed and skilled team to work alongside
  • A warm, collegiate and supportive environment in which to develop your career
  • A supportive, forward thinking senior leadership team
  • Opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge and expertise with other external organisations
  • A range of high quality CPD opportunities
