Required Skills and Qualifications:

• CSM (Customer Service Management) experience
• Proven experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience working within the UK Public Sector.
• Exposure to critical national infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of communication and telecommunications systems.
• Experience collaborating with UK emergency services.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow technologies, standards, and application development.
