SAP VIM manager

Conexus are partnered with a global consulting firm, that are ramping up their hiring of SAP professionals in 2025. On that basis, we are searching for SAP VIM professionals to join them on a permanent basis in Brussels.

At this time, we can only consider EU citizens for these positions.

You will:

• Work on high-profile S/4HANA implementations with OpenText VIM and Intelligent Capture (IES)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead workshops and gap analyses for OpenText VIM & IES
• Configure, test, and roll out SAP-integrated document solutions
• Collaborate closely with client AP teams and guide them through the transformation
• Provide training, go-live support, and hands-on problem-solving
• Help shape solutions in a Centre of Excellence environment

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of SAP experience, with strong exposure to OpenText VIM and/or Intelligent Capture

• Configuration skills in VIM and IES; bonus points for OpenText Archive Center or Enterprise Scan knowledge

• Hands-on SAP knowledge, especially in Accounts Payable processes

• Analytical mindset with a pragmatic, can-do attitude

• Strong communication skills - structured, clear, and client-facing

• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (basic understanding of the other is a plus)
