SAP Team Lead (German Speaking)

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an SAP Team Lead (German Speaking). This role is permanent position based in Luzern Canton (with good home office allowance).

Your Role:

• Lead all operational & project matters within the associated business area.
• Lead a team of SAP specialists in the development & subsequent implementation of software process improvements for end users.
• Manage & develop the team by recruiting, training, coaching, monitoring performance, setting annual objectives & supporting career development.
• Analyze SAP releases & proactively suggest new functions & solutions to improve business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable & future-ready SAP environment.

Your Experience & Profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Leading SAP Teams, ideally including within the SAP Basis.
• An in-depth knowledge SAP Basis topics, Interface Architecture, SAP Cloud ALM & Service Provider Management.
• Proven experience in Project Management & Change Management.

Your Profile:

• Completed Computer Science or Business Informatics University Degree (or similar).
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Highly analytical & solution-oriented.
• Fluent English & German language skills (spoken & written) are mandatory requirements.
