Job Description

Conexus are partnered with a leading manufacturing client, that are currently searching for a talented SAP professional, with strong experience in leading SuccessFactors implementations.

As the Global Applications Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth system performance, leading upgrades, and managing strategic projects with a broad business impact. You'll work closely with IT teams, service providers, and key business users to optimise processes and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Global System Owner for multiple applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
  • Manage the configuration and administration of key SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, Learning).
  • Lead large-scale projects, introducing new features, optimising existing solutions, and challenging the status quo to drive business improvements.
  • Work closely with site IT teams, service providers, and business key users to ensure systems align with business needs.
  • Organise 1st-level support, oversee enhancements, and manage outsourced support providers.
  • Establish key-user training programs, ensure validation activities, and act as a point of contact for audits.
  • Work alongside global IT security teams to maintain security and data privacy standards.
  • Track system costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, IT, or a related field.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration & configuration.
  • Proven track record in leading IT projects and managing system changes across multiple sites.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and adjacent workflows.
  • Ability to challenge existing solutions and propose innovative improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and goal-oriented work ethic.
