This is a *Scotland* based role with an excellent immediate start within a global FMCG brand working on *managing key processes, enhancing reporting systems, and fostering collaboration*.

Job Purpose:

As a project Administrator, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and excellence by providing proactive administrative support to the engineering team, managing key processes, enhancing reporting systems, and fostering collaboration. This role empowers you to solve problems, improve workflows, and make a tangible impact on operational success.

Requirements:

• SAP exp is mandatory. 2-3 years strong admin skills.

• Have the ability to work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems

• Excellent organisational skills for own work and to facilitate structure in the wider team

• Self starter who can proactively prioritise own workload

• Are able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. You'll have the aim to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills

• Work alongside both internal and external partners to achieve individual and shared outcomes

• Have validated IT skills as you are going to be responsible for management reporting systems

• Prior administrative experience.

• Excellent computer skills.

• Attention to detail
