SAP Integrations Developer

Language Proficiency: A minimum C1 level of English is required

Location & Work Model: The position is based in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra, 2-3 days per week onsite

Role Overview: The role involves developing interfaces based on the functional design documents provided by the designer, conducting unit testing, setting up connectivity, configuring multiple CPI tenant instances, troubleshooting defects, and creating technical specifications.

Key Deliverables:

• Interface development
• Unit test results
• Technical specifications

Collaborations:

• Developer & Functional Designer: Throughout the design phase, the functional designer works closely with the developer to refine solutions for specific requirements. The developer performs unit testing with the designer. Relevant meetings include:

  • Handover of functional design document (led by Functional Designer)
  • Build review (led by Developer)

• Developer & Product Owner/Vendor: The developer coordinates with the product owner to set up connectivity with the vendor, obtains necessary credentials, and tests the connectivity. Meetings include:

  • Connectivity setup
  • Connectivity testing (smoke tests)

• Developer & Tester: Once the build is completed, the developer informs the testing team and provides knowledge transfer on the testing process. The developer resolves any defects from the interface build. Meetings include:

  • Handover to testing team
  • SIT defects calls
  • UAT defects calls

Required Skills & Experience:

• SAP HCM
• SuccessFactors EC
• SAP CPI
• SAP BIB
• XSLT (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience in client stakeholder management
• Highly organized
• Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
