SAP HR/PY consultant

*URGENT- SAP HCM PY expert- 10 months- Brussels (Hybrid)*

On behalf of one of our international clients, we currently have an opportunity for an expert SAP HCM PY consultant to join a 10 month contract on behalf of our client located in Brussels.

The project is due to last 10 months with a high likelihood of extension upon the completion of the 10 months.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Support: Set up and manage SAP HR modules, focusing on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and address system issues to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Change Management: Oversee and execute change requests to adapt to shifting business and HR requirements.
• Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that system updates comply with the latest legal standards and industry regulations.
• Project Involvement: Participate in both small and large-scale projects, including system upgrades and cross-functional initiatives.
• Documentation: Keep detailed, up-to-date records for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Key experience required by the client:

• At least 5 years of practical experience working with SAP HR.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, workflows, and legal compliance regulations.
• Proven expertise in ABAP and SAP HR customization.
• Solid experience with system integrations (eg, web services, PU12, etc.).
• Previous experience in the utilities industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
