SAP HR business analyst

*SAP HR/Success Factors business analyst- 12 months- Remote- URGENT*

On behalf of one of our international clients, we are currently on the lookout to speak to experienced SAP HR/Success Factors business analyst's for a long term project.

This project is forecast to last 12 months and remote working can be arranged for this position.

The client is looking for someone who has fluent communication skills in French OR Dutch language and preferably passive comprehension skills in the other.

Main project tasks:

• Assess the company or customer's functional requirements and define the product's technical specifications based on those needs.
• Identify the customer or user's needs and create functional specifications, including details such as requirements, time lines, and budget.
• Examine technical and functional challenges, and recommend corrective actions or necessary technical modifications.
• Develop and propose technical solutions by evaluating different configurations or architectures and making recommendations tailored to meet functional needs.
• Outline and define functional solutions, suggesting potential system enhancements or extensions for the client.
• Establish and implement standards, methodologies, tools, and procedures that ensure reliability, research, and IT production (including quality and security).
• Understand the client's requirements, assess business processes, and evaluate the opportunity and feasibility of proposed solutions.
