Role: SAP FICO Co-Lead Consultant

Duration: 6-months (initial)

Location: Brussels, Belgium (onsite 4 days, remote 1 day)

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Co-Lead Consultant to support our client's current FICO Lead by providing additional capacity and team management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of their project objectives. The role requires a mix of strong leadership, deep technical SAP expertise, and hands-on Controlling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Co-lead for the Finance and Controlling (FICO) workstreams.
• Work alongside the current FICO Lead to manage the end-to-end solution design and delivery for SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• Provide leadership and direction to a predominantly offshore delivery team, ensuring onshore collaboration with Solution Architects.
• Own and facilitate the successful delivery of Finance workstreams, covering Controlling, New GL, and other key areas.
• Contribute to planning, reporting, and efficient delivery management.
• Manage global, multi-country SAP S/4HANA deployments with a focus on global statutory and fiscal localizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive hands-on SAP FICO experience at a Director/Lead level.
• Proven track record of delivering global multi-country SAP S/4HANA projects, including:
• Bluefield/Brownfield upgrades from SAP ECC to S/4HANA (highly desirable).
• Greenfield implementations (highly desirable).
• Participation in global SAP Big Bang rollouts (highly desirable).
• Strong client management, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Expertise in programme management, including onshore/offshore team operations.
• Ability to lead and deliver SAP Controlling solutions with a focus on:
• Controlling Margin Analysis (mandatory).
• New GL (mandatory).
• New Assets Ledger (mandatory).
• Treasury, including Bank Account Management and Cash Application (highly desirable).
• Global Statutory and Fiscal Localizations (highly desirable).
• Credit Management (highly desirable).
• Financial Accounting (highly desirable).
