An experienced SAP FICO & FICA HANA specialist with expertise in Record to Report (RTR), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting. Proficient in implementing and optimizing financial processes in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and automation. Strong knowledge of general ledger, taxation, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Skilled in business process configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting to support enterprise financial operations efficiently.

You will utilize your knowledge of SAP FICO and FICA to design solutions which meet business objectives and goals.

You will participate in the development of solution design documents, functional design documents, configurational rationale, testing and deployment.

You will partner with business owners and digital teams to identify opportunities for improvement and offer up appropriate solution designs to meet business objectives You will have deep experience with the integration of SAP FICO, FICA Controlling, Payments, Tax.

This role involves extensive daily interaction with functional specialists, developers in all finance and IT departments. It is essential that you have a strong understanding of finance processes and integration with Legacy systems and you have strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities:

Full ownership of projects and quality of changes, from planning, communication, coordination, compliance aspects, customization and go-live hypercare; Analytical thinking Providing scalable and innovative solutions; Ability to take fast decisions in a very dynamic environment, with some level of uncertainty Contribute to the identification of opportunities (processes, people) to improve project delivery and/or development methodologies.

Training of key users and key user support.Analyzing issues and changes; Day to day support and incident resolution

Skills Required:

• 12+ years SAP FI hands-on experience with excellent experience in
• 12+ handling SAP General Ledger, FICA, Accounts Payable, Accounts
• 12+ Receivable, Asset Accounting, BCM (Bank communication management)
• 12+ configuration and business process mapping in both ECC and S4 HANA
• Excellent experience/knowledge of integration of SAP FI Modules with Legacy systems.

Ability to have good grasp of the detail and manage multiple priorities in a quick turnaround environment; Experience in Controlling and Profitability Analysis is an advantage Good in collecting the business requirements and translating the requirements to technical consultants. Hands-on experience in preparing functional specification, technical specification and conducting testing including UAT.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written; Organized, flexible, proactive and result-oriented.

Experience in leading a team and being a technical mentor is an advantage ABAP code debugging capability is a must (read, interpret, design program logic) Experience on integration of digital platforms/Legacy applications with SAP is a must.
