Our end-client based in the Czech Republic is looking for an SAP FI (Finance) Consultant to join their growing dynamic in-house team. They are open to receiving applications from juniors or seniors.

You will be tasked with implementing, supporting and maintaining the SAP systems within the organization. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure the SAP system aligns with business requirements and operates efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in SAP, data management, and process improvement, excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional support. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a great company who focus on their employees.

Main Responsibilities:

System Configuration:

• Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize business operations
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Application Support:

• Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and answering queries related to the system
• Troubleshoot system problems and implement solutions

Data Management:

• Support regular data audits and implement data quality control measures

Training and Documentation:

• Support to develop and deliver training programs for SAP users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and user guides

Required Skills and Experience:

• The company is open to receiving applications from juniors or seniors
• Must have experience in SAP FI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel

Nice to have but not mandatory:

• Experience in any of the following modules is a big plus but not mandatory: PP, MM, EWM or PS

Languages:

• Must speak Czech or Slovakian (minimum B2 level)

Salary:

• The Fixed Basic Salary on offer is subject to your level of skills, knowledge and experience and ranges between CZK 80,000 - 150,000 gross per month
• The company offers a 10% bonus on top based upon performance

• The client is opening to discussing covering travel expenses when commuting to the office
• 100% remote work is NOT possible
• You can NOT work remotely from any other country
