You will be working for a leading player in the chemicals industry, dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. Our client is looking for a talented SAP EH&S/PLM Consultant to join their dynamic team and support their mission to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance in the chemicals sector.

This is a part time (3 days per week), remote position with occasional site travel to Germany as an when required.

Your new role:
As an SAP EH&S/PLM Consultant, you will play a key role in optimising and implementing SAP solutions for Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Product life cycle Management (PLM) within the organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems and processes align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP EH&S and PLM modules to meet the business requirements.
• Provide expertise in EH&S processes such as chemical safety, compliance, risk management, and environmental health.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify system requirements, define scope, and deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for EH&S and PLM functionalities.
• Develop and deliver user training and support materials to enhance user adoption.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to drive continuous improvement in EH&S and PLM processes.
• Ensure all SAP solutions are compliant with local and international environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Provide support for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimisation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP EH&S/PLM Consultant.
• Expertise in configuring and implementing SAP EH&S and PLM modules.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex system integrations.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
