SAP DT EHS Expert - Functional - Full Remote (h/f)

Are you a SAP DT ESH Specialist with a particular focus on Product Safety and Industrial Hygiene

Then emagine is looking for your skills to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EHS solutions for a global chemicals company. You will contribute to ensuring business continuity and expanding a portfolio of solutions to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Must Have Skills:

Proficiency as IT Specialist on SAP EH&S modules (eg, SAP Environment Management, SAP Safety Management) with a strong balance of functional and technical skills for system customization and configuration:

Experience

At least 5 Years of experience in SAP EHS implementation and support

Product Safety:

• SDS Authoring and SDS Report generation: experience with customizing on SPRO and developing on WWI templates, writing specifications, and conducting IT testing, WWI Servers, Document Management System using specific Repository/Storage system.

• EHS Expert Rules and SDS Distribution: Ability to manage Specialist rules and the distribution of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

• PCN (Poison Center Notification) - Strong understanding of compliance requirements and implementation of PCN, including interface additional applications for connecting with ECHA system.

• ERC Package implementation - Work in the Technical/Functional implementation of the quarterly regulatory content upgrade, customizing review (Properties/characteristics, Phrases, Rules, templates, Regulatory lists, etc.), task management, Implementation planning, communication.

• SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern) and SVT (Substance Volume & Tracking) - Experience in tracking and managing substance volumes, with strong knowledge on BW or other Data analytic interfaces.

• Knowledge to work with some 3E applications: VSDS Loader,3E Protect.

Industrial Hygiene:

• Knowledge on EHSM: Incident management, Job Risk assessments, safety observations.

• Knowledge on: Job Location Database, Employee Job assessments, safety observational reports.

• Interface with HR database/Success Factors

Specific skills:

• Write specifications to the ABAP/WWI developer.

• Customization in SPRO for EHS.

• Use Solman to Transport Change orders.

• Executing an ABAP program

• Project implementation - during the assignment time, it might need to participate in some projects, sharing the time between Support and Project.

• SSO, connection to Servers

• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience as a developer, debugging program codes.

• Knowledge on other SAP modules like GTS, Logistics.

• Knowledge on Data Analytics.

• Interfaces with ALE (IDOcs).

• SAP S/4HANA.

• French, Portuguese

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize SAP EHS modules for Product Safety and Industrial Hygiene.

• Provide support and maintenance for SAP EHS applications, including troubleshooting technical issues, mentoring the support team.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as the Hazard Communication Team, Product Stewards, and Industrial Hygiene Specialists, to gather requirements and design solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Project Managers, Logistics, Manufacturing, and IT Infrastructure.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
