SAP DMS Expert

SAP DMS Expert vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Provide management support services that enable the delivery of customer-facing IT services and networks
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Incident Management, Incident Diagnosis and Incident Resolution within SLA

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong server administration skills
• Client and server imaging and OS deployments and upgrades
• Experience virtualisation environment
• Fully proficient with Server deployment, patching, server updates, and backups
• Language skills: English and German fluent

Your soft skills:

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
