SAP Concur business consultant

Travel & Expense specialist

For a client of Eswelt, I am looking for a SAP Concur T&E-business consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily T&E operations, ensuring policy compliance and financial controls.
• Act as a point of contact for account issues, delinquencies, and bank coordination.
• Review, reconcile, and approve corporate card transactions and expense reports.
• Resolve complex expense discrepancies and card-related issues.
• Manage and optimize expense systems (Concur, AppZen).
• Monitor aging credit card balances and drive policy compliance.
• Support audits, SOX controls, and global process improvements.

Your profile

• Expertise in Concur Expense, Travel, and Corporate Card programs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Concur reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; experience with Zendesk or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, risk management, and financial controls.

Location: Fully remote

Start date: ASAP (Latest by 10th of April)

Rate: Between 40-55 euro per hour

Hours per week: 32-40 hours per week
