SAP BI Manager

Conexus are partnered with a leading Chemicals company, that are looking for a SAP BI manager to join them on a permanent basis in Dusseldorf, Germany.

As the SAP BI Manager, you will lead the transformation of a business-critical reporting landscape. This role offers the chance to drive the future of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Reporting & leveraging tools like SAP Datasphere and other best-in-class technologies.

What You'll Do:

• Redesign & Future-Proof the operational reporting system, defining the roadmap and managing Legacy systems.
• Select & Manage Service Providers for key reporting platforms and AMS support.
• Drive Projects & Stakeholder Engagement - Work with SAP application managers and business leaders to create best-fit reporting solutions.
• Ensure Data Integrity - Oversee ETL processes, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Take Ownership - Manage budgets, oversee system operations, and ensure seamless AMS delivery.

Your Profile:

• Strong experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Reporting technologies (SAP Datasphere or similar).
• Expertise in application management, service provider coordination, and project leadership.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in German & English is essential.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integrity, and system governance.
