Salesforce Program Manager (Service Cloud)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Implementation Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex Salesforce projects, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing Salesforce capabilities to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end program management for the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud.
Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Drive the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Work closely with business analysts and architects to design and optimize Service Cloud solutions that meet the organizations service objectives.
Ensure that Service Cloud configurations align with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Service Cloud solutions.
Foster strong relationships with customer service teams, IT departments, and executive leadership.
Build and lead a high-performing team of Service Cloud administrators, developers, and other professionals.
Utilize Service Cloud analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into service performance.
Implement improvements based on data-driven analysis.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
