Salesforce Developer

Overview:
Triad invites skilled and ambitious professionals to embark on a transformative journey as a Salesforce Developer within our dynamic and award-winning team. This role will be integral in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance engagement and drive policy impact. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, API integrations, and automation. Public sector experience is desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure Salesforce solutions to support business processes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technical feasibility and system architecture within Salesforce.
  • Design and implement custom Apex classes, Lightning Components, and automation solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with the client's relevant legislative schemes.
  • Support the transition from Discovery to Alpha, ensuring a seamless service evolution.
  • Provide technical guidance on data integration, security, and best practices within Salesforce environments.
  • Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Candidates with the strongest fit will possess experience in the following areas:

  1. Salesforce Development Expertise - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, REST APIs, SQL and AMPScript. Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events is beneficial.
  1. Public Sector Knowledge (Desirable) - Experience working on government projects, particularly in legislative schemes for business and industry.
  1. GOV.UK Service Standard (Desirable) - Experience conducting end-to-end delivery within the UK Government framework.
  1. Integration & Data Management - Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and manage data security and compliance.
